Natalie Ingram lives and breathes Pilates. She has been practicing, training and teaching Pilates for 15 years. She started her practice in 2002 during her competitive Soccer Training and was hooked ever since. She trained in Richmond, VA and NOVA under Classical and STOTT Methods. She currently holds her STOTT PILATES Certification and enjoys the benefits of practicing Pilates daily! Natalie began teaching in 2009 in various studios in NOVA and has continued her training and teaching in the Northern Virginia area from 2011 until now! Natalie affirms Pilates is an excellent regimen for all body types, and levels. She quickly discovered the benefits of the lengthing and strengthening effects of Pilates as her lower back scoliosis was healed due to her practice. She believes in the rehabilitative capabilities as well as the resculpting results of Pilates as she has practiced Pilates through all 4 of her pregnancies of her children and has seen many clients enjoy life much better as they use Pilates to strengthen and rebalance their bodies. She is also certified and teaches Pilates on the SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) when weather permits! She enjoys utilizing Pilates props and equipment in her classes and truly loves sharing Pilates with everyone!
